Well hello there, all.
I am quite sorry I disappeared there for so many days in a row.
Between returning from our trip on a long day of flights and layovers Monday, and my site and blog completely crashing yesterday, it’s been a bit of a rough re-entry into daily life. But, we are back, my blog is back (a huge shout-out to my mother for being an absolute superhero and working tirelessly yesterday to subdue the rebellion that was my site – it was total anarchy for a while!), all is well. On to the next set of adventures!
In the next few weeks I will be recapping the twelve-day trip for you with pictures and the second video installment. I also have an engagement shoot to show you. And, there will be more wedding photos on the horizon care of A&D Photography, from the ceremony Dan and I are shooting tomorrow.
Finally, I’m working on re-designing elements of the site and blog here at a.e.photography, so stay tuned for a fresh coat of paint, a new trim, and a general facelift also to appear here in the next few weeks. (UPDATE: As you can see, this has already begun to happen! A few more changes are forthcoming, but here are the most obvious. What do you think?)
It’s going to be a hectic beginning to fall, but I’m rather excited for it. This is my favorite season and feels like the perfect time to make some changes, buckle down, and get some good work done.
(The above photo was shot with my fancy phone from a grassy knoll that overlooked the Atlantic Ocean in Marblehead, Mass.)
