Escher on the brain || Mind mixups

What day is it anyway?

I woke up thinking it was Tuesday.

Then saw a post on Twitter with someone referencing today as Wednesday.

Then got a call from someone who thought it was Thursday.

It was about then I decided today was really the day I was supposed to stay home all comfy and warm in my bed.

But alas, it was not that day either.

So, in light of all this confusion, I thought I would make today the honorary M.C. Escher Day. Because his artwork is often confusing.

And so is my brain.

And so is my calendar. Which is coincidentally an M.C. Escher calendar.

Though, as you might have guessed, that isn’t so much a coincidence after all.

Here are just a few of my favorite prints from that calendar.

Posted in fancy phone photo and tagged with confusion, just talking to myself here, m.c. escher. RSS 2.0 feed.
